When communicating, the KWR prefers to present facts and information over personal anecdotes. The EIA loves larger-than-live experiences and stories. The IAF relies on their "gut" intuition and loves hearing details and stories.
The IAF will meet people's needs to make them happy (you should eat because hunger makes us sad). The SSA does the same based on practical necessity (you should eat because you need sustenance to live).
Both the EIA and IAF are intrinsically motivated by relationships. The EIA likes to know a lot of people--big social circle. The IAF likes to know a few people well--tight inner circle.
The KWR needs rational time to process decisions. The more detailed and precise information the better. The IAF needs emotional time to process. Both need time but have different values.
