The SSA shies away from the social spotlight preferring to work behind the scenes. The EIA embraces the social spotlight to inspire the masses. Every group needs both.
When a UCD has vision, it is very focused and very deep based upon convictions. When an EIA has vision, it can be very wide and very flexible based upon relationships and inspiration.
Both the EIA and IAF are intrinsically motivated by relationships. The EIA likes to know a lot of people--big social circle. The IAF likes to know a few people well--tight inner circle.
