Part 1 - Your MDNA Gifts

This assessment identifies how you are intrinsically motivated. It takes less than 20 minutes, and you will receive a report like the one below. Think of it like a personality test to tell you how you are motivated, which is different than psychological temperament, talent, or strengths. Part 2 - How You Feel About the Culture

Next, you’ll spend another 10-15 minutes sharing how you feel about the culture at your organization, including your opinions on your work, social dynamics, and overall confidence. Feel free to share anything you like based on your comfort. All information is confidential.

Part 3 - We Provide an Analysis

Your team, department, or entire organization will receive a score. What happens after that is up to you and your company. They will contact you with the potential next steps.
